La célébration Chorus masculin a été organisée en 1994 par Dr. Willis Barnett, son directeur artistique, et plusieurs autres pour nier les images négatives que la société impose souvent aux hommes américains africains. Elle se compose d'hommes de beaucoup de professions, métiers, vocations et passe-temps divers. Parmi le groupe peuvent être les charpentiers trouvés, les électriciens, les plombiers, les conducteurs de camion, les professeurs, les prédicateurs, les officiers de police, les ouvriers sociaux, les médecins, les musiciens, les ouvriers postaux, les mécanismes automatiques, les tailleurs, les entrepreneurs de pompes funèbres, les aides législatifs, les photographes, les personnes retirées et un univers d'autres usufruits.

La célébration Chorus masculin n'est pas simplement un groupe chanteur. C'est un ministère qui cherche à introduire d'autres dans un rapport plus étroit avec Dieu par le salut qui peut être trouvé en Jésus le Christ. Les hommes de la célébration Chorus masculin fournissent l'inspiration entre eux et à tous ce qui les entendent chanter.

The Celebration Male Chorus was organized in 1994 by Dr. Willis Barnett, its Artistic Director, and several others to negate the negative images that society often imposes upon African American men.  It is composed of men from many diverse professions, occupations, vocations and hobbies.  Among the group can be found car-penters, electricians, plumbers, truck drivers, teachers, preachers, police officers, social workers, doctors, musi-cians, postal workers, auto mechanics, tailors, morticians, legislative aides, photographers, retired persons and a universe of other life interests.

The Celebration Male Chorus is not just a singing group.  It is a ministry that seeks to bring others into closer relationship with God through the salvation that can be found in Jesus Christ.  Men of the Celebration Male Chorus provide inspiration to each other and to all that hear them sing.
